Yes, each session is run as a live Zoom call. I'd always recommend joining live if you can, so that you get to ask me questions + get feedback along the way. But don't worry, every session is recorded so you'll always find a replay if you can't join live.

I mix up the days and times each month so that everyone has the best chance of getting to as many sessions as possible. I always give you lots of notice for upcoming sessions, so that you can add them to your diary way in advance.

Absolutely! Every session is interactive, with a chance to ask questions + get feedback throughout. We also have a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and get feedback from me and/or the community.
