Picture a year where your marketing feels organised, intentional and under control.

It’s time to build a marketing plan that expands your reach, your sales and your confidence.

High Flying Birds is a private mentoring experience where we create a clear 12-month marketing plan for your business, so showing up for your biz feels calm, intentional and aligned.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll map meaningful marketing moments and creative campaigns, to build a repeatable structure that supports your sales long after the programme ends.

Stop flapping. Start soaring.

The energy shift of a High Flying Bird

You know what to talk about when

Your marketing has a clear rhythm, with campaigns and marketing moments mapped out strategically across the year, so you’re not constantly deciding what to do next.

Your content supports what you sell

Instead of posting randomly and hoping something sticks, everything connects back to the offers you want to grow.

Marketing feels organised and intentional

You’re showing up consistently without endless late nights and last-minute panics.

Your campaigns feel purposeful and energising to run

When you promote something, it feels like a clear moment in your business rather than a last-minute scramble.

You have a structure you can repeat

Your business is more cyclical than you think. We move in sync with beat of your biz to provide you with a repeatable plan you can lean on year after year.

And you become the go-to for what you do

Your marketing clearly communicates the value of your products and services, brings in the right people and making you the go-to for what you sell.

  • "Big brands have teams, business plans and board meetings to keep them on track. You’ve got me."

If this sounds familiar, High Flying Birds is for you:

You’ve been doing what you’ve been told marketing should look like. Posting regularly, sharing useful things and letting people know about your products or services. But the results don’t always reflect the effort you’re putting in.

Some weeks you’re promoting something, other weeks you’re simply too overwhelmed.

You know your business has the potential to grow, but your marketing still tends to happen in the moment rather than as part of a bigger plan.

So, let’s change that, together.

Meet Char, your new Head of Marketing

I’ve spent the last 20 years leading marketing teams and creating marketing strategies and campaigns for brands like Dune, Expedia, Waitrose and New Look.

Now, I bring what the big brands do well - strategy and structure - and blend it with the creativity and soul that makes your business so brilliantly unique.

Big brands have teams, business plans and board meetings to keep them on track … you’ve got me.

So, when do I start?

Char ♡

“Finding Char and having her support me and show me the ways of content creation has been THE best thing I’ve done for my business this year.”

What happens in High Flying Birds

  • Before we plan your marketing, we need to zoom out and get a clear view of the shape of your business, from goals and revenue streams to seasons, patterns and practical constraints of life and work. This ensures the marketing plan we create actually fits your business, energy and life, rather than being an idealised strategy that’s impossible to sustain.

By the end of this phase we will have:

    • Clarified your business model

    • Identified key sales drivers

    • Mapped natural seasonal patterns

    • Defined realistic marketing capacity

  • Guess what? You get to decide what your brand stands for and how it shows up in the world. This isn’t about redesigning your brand. It’s about clarifying the core ideas, themes and positioning, so that when you show up, your audience understands exactly what you’re about.

By the end of this phase we will have:

    • Defined what you want your business to be known for

    • Clarified the key messages behind your marketing

    • Identified the conversations your marketing should lead

    • Aligned how you talk about your business so everything feels consistent

  • Now we decide how the things you sell will feature in your marketing. Some will become campaign moments, while others will show up as themes in your weekly content. This stops everything competing for attention and creates clear moments for different parts of your business to take the spotlight.

By the end of this phase we will have:

    • Chosen the products or services that will be the focus of campaigns

    • Identified the themes that will show up in your year

  • Now we map your marketing across the year. Using the campaigns and themes we identified in the Phase 3, we plot the key moments when different parts of your business take the spotlight. Instead of deciding what to post or promote week by week, you’ll have a clear view of what you’re marketing and when.

By the end of this phase we will have:

    • Identified the moments that matter for your business

    • Mapped the key campaigns across your year

    • Decided what you’ll be promoting and when

    • Created the structure for your 12-month marketing plan

  • Now we turn your marketing plan into content you can actually run week to week. Instead of trying to emulate what works for other businesses, this phase is about finding what works for you! No more random reel trends or stressing over what to post today. Instead, we’re getting hyper-focused and confident about the kind of content that supports what you’re selling throughout the year.

By the end of this phase we will have:

    • Translated your marketing plan into a clear content structure

    • Connected your content to your campaigns and marketing themes

    • Created a simple weekly rhythm for showing up

    • Built a repeatable content formula

  • In this final integration session we bring everything together. We take a birds-eye view at how the different pieces fit into the day-to-day reality of your business, so you fly the nest feeling clear, confident and excited to start shouting about your brilliant business.

“Char at Loudmouth Content is nothing short of a genius as far as I am concerned; calm, thorough and very knowledgable about all things social media and marketing.”
